Sign up and create your wedding
Your names, the date and the venue. Here you also pick the site address, for example olena-i-andrii.matcha.wedding.
Choose a design
Your names, date and venue fill in by themselves. Add your story, photos and the day’s schedule.
Send your guests the link
One shared link for everyone, or a personal one for each guest that greets them by name. Send it in Viber, Telegram or any messenger.
Build the site together
Invite editors: your other half, bridesmaids or family. Everyone signs in with their own account, and you edit the site together.

Invitations
Every guest gets a personal link that greets them by name and replies right in the invitation: whether they’re coming, how many of them and what they’ll eat.
You see who has replied and who hasn’t yet, and download the guest list.
Guest photos
Put a QR code on the tables. Guests scan it and upload photos from their phones to a shared album, where everyone sees them right away. You can hide or delete any photo.

Wish list and money gifts
Guests reserve gifts from the list, so there won’t be two identical toasters. You see that a gift is reserved, but not by whom. A guest can sign the reservation, and you’ll see their name after the wedding.
For money gifts, add a link to your monobank Jar or PrivatBank Envelope. The money goes straight to you; Matcha Wedding doesn’t process payments.
Wedding team
Show your guests who made your day. Vendors from Matcha Events appear by themselves, with a link to their profile. Add the others by hand: name, role and Instagram.

Connect your own Claude to your site in one tap and change the design in words. It changes only the look: it never touches names, the date or guest replies. It comes with every plan, even Free.

Choose the look, and the site takes everything else from your wedding. Designs marked Premium can be tried on any plan and published on Premium.

Questions
Do guests have to install anything or sign up?
No. Guests open the site and the QR photo page in an ordinary browser.
What happens to the site after the wedding?
The site stays up for another 7, 30 or 90 days, depending on the plan. Then the site and its data are deleted.
Who else can edit the site?
Anyone you invite as an editor: your other half, bridesmaids or family. Every editor signs in with their own account and can change the site and its modules.
Who sees who gave what?
You only see that a gift is reserved. If a guest signed the reservation, you’ll see their name after the wedding.
How do money gifts work?
You add a link to your monobank Jar or PrivatBank Envelope, and guests top them up directly. Matcha Wedding doesn’t process payments and takes no commission on gifts. The Jar and the Envelope come with every plan, even Free.
Are guest photos visible right away?
Yes, as soon as a guest uploads a photo, everyone sees it in the shared album. You can hide or delete any photo.
